Freber expanding ESS deliveries to Unibuss AS

Unibuss AS has expanded agreement with Freber for the delivery of modern Energy Storage Systems (ESS) for their charging stations in the Oslo area and is an important part of the charging infrastructure for the 183 new battery-electric busses that Unibuss will put in service in April 2023.
The scope of delivery consists of 20 foot containers now with a total of 4.4 MWh battery capasity, which will primarily be used in a Peak Shaving function, but also in combination with storage of energy from solar panels. The Energy Storage System is based on technology from the Dutch company e-Ateps, with many years of experience with similar deliveries in Europe. The system will be put into operation during the summer of 2023. We look forward to a good and long collaboration with Unibuss!
