Is the information disclosed to third parties?
Personal data is not shared with external third parties, but Freber AS may use subcontractors to deliver all or parts of the website. Such subcontractors may process personal data on behalf of Freber AS.
How is the information deleted and archived?
Personal data is stored via WordPress. We delete user data from the system when a customer relationship has ended, unless there is a need to store it further.
What rights does the data subject have, and which country's legislation applies?
You have the right to access the personal data that Freber AS processes about you, and you have the right to request that your personal data be corrected or supplemented. You also have the right to request that your personal data be deleted. In the event of such requests, all your personal data will be deleted, unless continued storage of the personal data is required by law or permitted as a result of Freber's legitimate interests. Freber AS may continue to store anonymized information, i.e., information that cannot be linked to you.
