''AS Saudefaldene has 6 installations with fuel cells supplied by Freber, 4 pcs. with EFOY Pro 2800 Industry Methanol Cartridge, and 2 pcs. with EFOY Pro 2400 Industry Methanol Cartridge.

All installations are located outside in their own zoning area (475 km2) from 420-1500 meters above sea level. The fuel cells supply radio communication and remote control where we do not have power in the control area. Some fuel cells are placed in communication cabins and some in insulated Zarges boxes.''

Freber supplies battery packs to 4Subsea, including for use in their motion and vibration sensor SMS Motion. The sensor can operate at depths of 3000 meters and at frequencies from 10 to 1024 Hz. The sensor's low energy consumption can continuously log at 10 Hz for more than 360 days.
